Co-hosting of Tsukuba Conference 2025, Session C08 “Bridging Eras, Expanding Horizons: Historical Astronomy Paving the Way for Environmental Variations”
At the Tsukuba Conference 2025, we co-hosted Session C08, “Bridging Eras, Expanding Horizons: Historical Astronomy Paving the Way for Environmental Variations,” together with the Faculty of Library, Information and Media Science, University of Tsukuba.
The session was led by Assistant Professors Takashi Hayakawa and Koji Murata (University of Tsukuba), both from the Solar–Terrestrial Environmental History Group. Research presentations were given by Designated Assistant Professor Nicholas Larsen, Dr. Sergey Koldobskiy (University of Oulu), invited through the ISEE International Joint Research Program, Mr. Hyojun Lee (Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute), invited through the TranSEHA Program, and Professor Emeritus Yong Bok Lee (Seoul National University of Education).
